Sectional doors used in industrial construction may be applied in production halls, diagnostic and service automobile stations, carwashes Sectional doors protect the wall opening against external influence, such as: noise, sunlight, rain, wind, as well as they provide thermal insulation. The door is mounted behind the doorway so that the maximum driveway width is preserved, while the door does not occupy space in front of the building. The door is opened and closed vertically. The track system may be adapted to Customer's individual needs, with standard track system, low or high system and vertical track system. It is possible to install slanted track system for sloping roofs or ceilings.
Due to low heat permeability (THP 40). the sectional doors may be used in heated buildings.
The door assembly is made of double-skin segments made of hot-dip zinc coated steel plate 40 mm thick and 730 or 488 mm high. The door segments are filled with freon-free polyurethane foam.
The weight of the door assembly is compensated with a torsion spring counterbalance mechanism. With this solution manual raising of the door does not require much effort. The springs are coupled with a drive shaft, which raises the door assembly by means of rope pulleys.
The door assembly allows installation of additional elements, such as windows or passage doors.
Windows may be installed in any door section, provided the full height of the section is maintained (the top or bottom section may be lowered in order to fit the doorway height): the number of windows in the section depends on the width of the section. Passage doors are installed provided the following technical conditions are met:
-the width of the garage door in which the passage doors are installed is between 2500 < B < 5000 mm -the door height exceeds H > 2400 mm
Standard passage door dimensions are: 850 x 1900 mm (+/- 10 mm), threshold height about 170 mm.
The dimensions given may be adjusted depending on the particular technical solution.
It is possible to install electric door operators in order to improve the comfort of use.
Doors may be coated with any RAL color according to Customer's wishes.
Supplied sectional doors are made according to the valid European standards, conforming to the regulations in force concerning product quality and safety of operation.
